A Tip for Clarity of Mind

With our busy and distracting schedules, often the ideas come when we relax and let things flow. Living in the moment is one of the most underrated cures to anxiety, stress and worry...When we focus our thoughts on the past and the future, we have no time to enjoy the moment we're living in now. And, honestly, there's not usually much (if any) stress or worry in the Now. Usually, the Now is just fine, it's the future we're worried about or the past we're still upset over. 

 

Taking time to let our thoughts rest will likely allow space within our innately creative minds to draw the solutions, ideas, innovations and designs that will be most helpful and inspiring.
 
It will also allow us a break from the stress we cause our minds and bodies over things we either can't control (the past) or things that are unlikely to actually come to fruition (worries over the future). 

 

Relax and let your inner being bring you the answers you need for your health, happiness, relationships and overall success through meditation, prayer, mantras, or simply just silence. When the mind gets a break, it becomes able to rest in clarity and then guide us through intuition. This is where we need to reside, in the depths of our unlimited knowingness, in the freedom of a clear mind and in the conscious decision to clear out all things that block or hinder our progress.
